John and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to help us choose the perfect design, shape, and materials to complement our home and achieve the exact look we were hoping for. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work.

I had my driveway redone from old blacktop to concrete with the addition of two pads and John and his crew did such an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and reasonable. I would refer them to anyone who needs concrete services.

This week, John and his crew replaced our old driveway, and we couldn’t be more grateful or impressed with the work they did. Everything was completed in a very organized and efficient manner, and they were always polite, respectful, and professional.

If you have any questions, changes, or concerns, they are always willing to listen and work with you. Before reaching out to any company, I used AI to estimate the cost of the project based on the approximate size of my driveway, my location, and current market pricing. The estimate matched exactly what Done Right quoted me.

They did a wonderful job, our home and driveway look amazing now. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I chose John because John actually spent time with me to discuss design and brainstorm ideas. He was recommended through a friend of a friend and I have to say, he and his crew did an amazing job. I purposely didn’t review him up here until I saw how it held up over the winter, and this winter was a cold one! Everything held up! No cracking and everything still looks amazing. (He did the front of garage, inside of garage and whole entertainment area behind the house). Thanks, John!

I reached out to John at Done Rite Concrete of WNY for a quote on my mom’s driveway, and I’m glad I did. From the first conversation, he was professional, responsive, and clearly knew what he was doing. I got several quotes, and while his wasn’t the cheapest, it was right in the middle—and ultimately the most trustworthy. That made the decision easy.

John took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and followed through on every detail. Our driveway was long overdue for an upgrade, and the transformation is night and day. The finished product looks incredible, and you can tell the quality is there to last.

If you’re looking for a concrete company that shows up, communicates well, and delivers top-tier results, Done Rite Concrete of WNY is the one to call. Highly recommend.
